Last updated · October 25, 2026
Please read these terms carefully before using HuniDu.
HuniDu is a product of Rumble Built, Inc.. This service is operated by Rumble Built, Inc..
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HuniDu (including our website, iOS and Android companion apps, and related surfaces), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. HuniDu is operated by Rumble Built, Inc..
2. Description of Service
HuniDu is a family organization platform that helps households manage calendars, tasks, meal planning, pantry and recipes, care coordination (including pets and carpools), shared documents, budgets, family inbox, and related household tools. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and limits.
The same household account works across the web app and our companion apps for iPhone, Android, and where available Apple TV, Wear OS / watch, and Android Auto. Companion apps are signed-in clients of the HuniDu service, not separate products.
3. Eligibility & Household Accounts
3.1 Age & account creation
You must be at least 18 years old to create a HuniDu account or manage a household subscription. HuniDu is designed for family use, including children, but only adults may create accounts, invite members, and manage billing. Parents and guardians are responsible for minors' use of the service and for data they add about children.
3.2 Household membership
Household admins control who joins the household and what each member can see or edit. You are responsible for activity under your account and for members you invite. Do not share login credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
3.3 Family inbox
When enabled for your plan, your household may receive a shared email address (for example yourfamily@hunidu.family). Mail sent to that address is stored in your household inbox and visible to members with inbox permission. You are responsible for how that address is shared and for content received there.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Subscription tiers
HuniDu offers Free, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Each tier includes different features, member limits, and storage limits as described on our pricing page and in-app plan screens.
4.2 Where you subscribe
- Web: Paid plans purchased on hunidu.com are billed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- iOS: Paid plans purchased in the HuniDu iPhone app are sold as auto-renewable In-App Purchases through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Apple's App Store terms also apply to those purchases.
- Android: Where Google Play Billing is offered, purchases are processed by Google and charged to your Google account under Google Play's terms. Otherwise, Android companion users may manage web/Stripe subscriptions via the signed-in account.
Your household keeps access on web and other signed-in devices for the same account, subject to the plan you purchased and the store or billing channel you used.
4.3 Billing cycles
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and typically offer a discount compared to monthly billing.
4.4 Auto-renewal (all channels)
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal according to the rules for the channel you used (web billing settings, Apple ID subscriptions, or Google Play subscriptions). You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for your selected plan, unless a different price was disclosed for a promotional period.
4.5 Apple App Store subscriptions
For subscriptions purchased through Apple: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or App Store account settings). Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable under Apple's rules.
4.6 Failed payments (web / Stripe)
If a Stripe payment fails, we may retry it. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the Free tier. You will retain access to your data but may lose access to premium features.
4.7 Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. For web subscriptions, price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and take effect on your next billing cycle. For App Store or Google Play subscriptions, price-change notices and consent follow Apple's or Google's applicable rules.
5. Free Trial
5.1 Trial period
We may offer a free trial (for example a 14-day trial of Pro) on web or through a store promotional offer. Trial length, eligibility, and conversion terms are disclosed at signup or in the store product page.
5.2 Trial limitations
Free trials are typically limited to one per household unless we state otherwise. After a trial ends, your account may downgrade to Free unless you start a paid subscription through an available billing channel.
5.3 Trial cancellation
You may cancel a trial before it converts according to the channel you used. No charge is incurred for a trial you cancel in time, subject to Apple or Google trial rules when the trial was started through those stores.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
6.1 Cancellation
Web / Stripe: Cancel anytime in billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain paid features until then.
Apple / Google: Cancel or manage renewals in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Refund requests for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we cannot override store refund decisions.
6.2 Refund policy (web)
For new subscriptions purchased on the web through Stripe, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 14-day period, except where required by law.
6.3 Downgrade effects
When you downgrade or cancel a paid subscription, you may lose access to certain features, and your household may be subject to lower member and storage limits. Existing data will be preserved but may become read-only if limits are exceeded.
7. Mobile Companion Apps
Our iOS and Android apps access the same household as the web product. By using them you agree that:
- Optional permissions (camera, notifications, location, biometrics, contacts where offered) are used only for features you invoke — for example barcode or QR scanning, push reminders, maps and live carpool location when you allow it, and on-device biometric unlock. You can deny or revoke permissions in system settings; some features will be unavailable without them.
- Location for carpool or maps is used to provide those features to your household and is not sold for advertising.
- Widgets, Wear OS / watch complications, Android Auto, and TV surfaces may show household summaries already available in your signed-in session.
- Some flows may open the full web product in an in-app browser for feature parity; the same Terms and Privacy Policy apply.
Details on data practices for mobile are in our Privacy Policy (including the Mobile Companion Apps section).
8. User Accounts & Data
8.1 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
8.2 Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to HuniDu. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
8.3 Account & data deletion
You may delete your account and request deletion of your data in the app (for example Settings → Delete account on iOS) or through account settings on the web. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example certain billing records). See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
9. HuniDu OS & third-party processors
HuniDu OS may use on-demand generation, classification, vision, and related processing to provide features you request (for example meal suggestions, inbox sorting, photo diagnosis, and packing lists). Those jobs may be performed by subprocessors including OpenAI and Mistral, as described in our Privacy Policy and GDPR pages. You can control household AI mode and related consents in Settings. We do not sell your household content or use it to train foundation models for other customers.
AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying important information (for example medical, legal, financial, or safety-related decisions) before relying on it.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Abuse or harass other users
- Resell or redistribute our service without permission
- Misuse location sharing (for example stalking or sharing another person's location without appropriate consent)
- Use the family inbox to send spam or unlawful communications
11. Limitation of Liability
HuniDu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (excluding amounts paid to Apple or Google for store purchases, which are governed by those platforms' terms). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made. Continued use of HuniDu after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
