The whole household, off your plate.

Someone in every home carries it all: who's driving, what's for dinner, which form is due, whose turn it is. HuniDu puts all of it in one shared place the whole household can see — so you stop being the only one who knows.

The same week, in one place the whole household looks at — kitchen TV, every phone, the web.

  • You're the only one who knows the whole schedule
  • "Who's picking up Emma?" texts at 2:47pm
  • Three half-finished grocery lists in three apps
  • School forms buried in one person's inbox
  • Dinner decided at 5:45pm, again
  • Surprise charges nobody mentioned
  • Everyone sees the same week — you stop being the memory
  • Pickups with a live map, so nobody has to text to ask
  • Dinner decided by Sunday, groceries sorted by aisle
  • School email lands where the other adult can find it
  • Chores the kids chase on their own, for streaks
  • A budget the household can see before it's a surprise
A Tuesday with HuniDu

One ordinary day. Five things you didn't have to do.

Meet a household of four — two adults, Emma (12), Leo (9), and a dog named Buddy. Here's what their Tuesday looks like when the whole house can see the same plan.

  1. 6:45 AM·Kitchen TV·Kitchen, during breakfast

Everyone reads their own day off the wall.

The TV shows today for the whole house: Emma has dance at 4, Dad's on pickup, Leo's turn for the dishwasher, tacos tonight. The kids check it themselves.

You didn't recite the schedule to anyone.

    Tonight

    Tacos · groceries ready

  2. 7:15 AM·Watch·Heading out the door

A tap on the wrist, not a text from you.

Dad gets the nudge: leave by 7:15 for the carpool. The other parent in the pool sees he's on his way. Nobody confirms over text.

    You didn't remind him. Twice.

    7:15

Leave now for Emma & Maya

Priya can see you're on the way

  3. 2:47 PM·Phone·School pickup line

    “Who’s getting Emma?” answers itself.

Dance ran long, the carpool swapped drivers. Everyone's phone shows the new driver and a live map. Emma's coach can see the ETA too.

You didn't field a single “where are you?”

  4. 5:30 PM·Phone·Grocery store aisle 7

Dinner was decided on Sunday. The list sorted itself.

Tacos were planned with the week; the ingredients were already on a list sorted by aisle. Whoever's at the store checks things off, and everyone's list updates.

You didn't think about dinner today at all.

  5. 8:40 PM·Laptop·Couch, laptop open

The school email landed where both of you can see it.

The field-trip form came into the shared household inbox, sorted under School. The other adult signed it from their phone this morning. The water bill is logged and the month's still on budget.

You didn't forward anything to anyone.

What comes off your plate

Five things you stop carrying alone.

The schedule, the rides, dinner, the school email, and the chores — each one shared with the whole household instead of living in one person's head.

iPhone, iPad, Android, and Apple TV— the same HuniDu account on mobile and on the TV. CarPlay and Android Auto coming soon. How the native apps work.

Calendar

Catches conflicts before you do.

Connect each member's calendars — work, school, kids' activities — and HuniDu keeps overlap, pickups, and double-bookings from sneaking up on you.

You stop being the family's walking calendar.

  • Smart conflict detection
  • Pickup & drop-off reminders
  • Per-event privacy controls

Carpool

Pickup runs everyone can follow — not just the driver.

Schedule rides, swap drivers when plans change, and open Live radar on the web or in the mobile app (iOS & Android). Status, ETAs, and maps stay in sync so “who’s driving?” stops being a group text.

Everyone sees the same ride, so you stop being dispatch.

  • Live radar and ETAs while rides are active
  • Saved places and smart address lookup
  • Whole household sees rides in progress

Meals

Dinner is already decided.

HuniDu plans the week around what your household actually likes (and what's already in the pantry), then turns it into a single grocery list — sorted by aisle.

Dinner decided by Sunday. The 5:45pm scramble is gone.

  • Plans around your household's tastes
  • Auto-generates the grocery list
  • Family voting on the menu

Inbox

One household email everyone can find.

Pediatrician forms. School newsletters. The amazon orders. They all land in one shared, well-organized inbox the whole household can actually find again.

School forms end up where the other adult can find them too.

  • Auto-categorized by topic
  • Threaded across senders
  • Shared by every adult

Tasks

Chores the kids actually want to do.

Streaks, points, and small rewards turn the laundry list into a game. Adults see who did what; kids see how close they are to the next badge.

The kids chase the streak. You stop chasing the kids.

  • Streaks, points & rewards
  • Auto-rotating chore schedules
  • Age-appropriate views

How it works

Three steps to a calmer household.

No new habits to build. No five-hour setup. Just a quieter kitchen by next Sunday — and fewer things only you know.

01

Bring everything in

Connect Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars. Forward your school and family emails to one shared household inbox. Your data, in one place — finally.

02

Use it like you would anyway

Plan meals, schedule events, coordinate pickups and carpools, assign chores, log spending. Nothing to learn — just the same things you already do, with the rest of the household in the loop.

03

Let the house catch what you used to

Double-bookings get flagged. Dinner turns into a grocery list. School email sorts itself. Everyone sees the same plan, so the reminders stop coming from you. Want a dinner idea or a schedule fix? Tap for a suggestion — nothing runs behind your back.

Your household's data stays your household's.

Your household is kept separate from every other family. We don't sell it, and we never use it to train anything for anyone else. Suggestions only ever look at your household's own data, and only when you ask. How suggestions work and what we never do →

From the households using it first

Real families, not a focus group.

We build alongside the households using HuniDu at home, and what they tell us shapes what ships next.

"Families with busy schedules would really love this. It gives everyone a visual of what it takes to run the household and their role in keeping things running smoothly. A wonderful alternative to checking multiple sources."

Become a founding household
Why we built this

HuniDu started at our kitchen table, on a Sunday night.

Careers. Kids. Pets. Endless calendars that never quite agreed, and a group chat for everything from carpool to the school fundraiser. Every Sunday night ended the same way: who's driving Thursday, what's for dinner, did anyone ever answer the school?

The honest answer was that one of us always knew, and the other one always had to ask. That isn't a scheduling problem. It's one person carrying the whole household in their head.

We tried what everyone tries. A shared calendar. A notes app. A whiteboard on the fridge that stayed accurate for about four days. The family apps came closest, but they still treated our family like a list of appointments — not a home with meals, rides, pets, and a hundred small decisions that never make it onto a calendar.

Then we started buying hardware. The wall-mounted family display. The fridge screen. The one after that. They fell off walls and refrigerators, locked us to a single device, and did about four things well. That money is gone. Our home needed more than a screen with a calendar on it.

So we built the thing we kept wishing for: one calm, private place where the whole household lives, on the devices we already own, where nobody has to be the one who remembers everything. Our home needed more. We think yours does too.

We still open it every night in our own kitchen, and we build it alongside the families who open it in theirs. If that sounds like what you want in your home, we'd love to have you.
